"Beautiful weather, a pine forest and a view down to the coast.
Pine View is situated in such a lovely area.
The villa is very well equipped and comfortable, everything done to such a high standard. Plenty of alfresco dining on a spacious balcony. The car provided enabled us to get around the local area easily and especially great to go to the local supermarket which I recommend. "

"We have had a wonderful holiday at Pine View villa. A beautiful villa in a beautiful location. The view is stunning and the villa is equipped with everything needed for a restful holiday. We visited Pissouri Bay and dined at a ‘Bunch of Grapes’ in Pissouri Village. The private pool at the villa was well used and evenings featured BBQ’s on the terrace. Our 16 month old daughter was well catered for, and we have left a baby pool float in the store cupboard for future babies to enjoy. We have also left a few Cuban cigars on the drawer of the coffee table should a future guest be interested.

"This is our second visit to Pine View villa and we have had another enjoyable holiday.
The villa is very well equipped and the additions since last year to the soft furnishings and equipment such as the dishwasher have enhanced the property.

The car is a necessity as we feel the villa, although in a lovely position is not within walking distance of any of the amenities … particularly in the heat!!

This year we visited the Fasouri Water Park and had a really great day there. Having had two holidays in Orlando and visited the water parks there this one is on a par with them.

Mike and joy were very friendly – the villa was immaculately clean when we arrived and the pool was cleaned and checked on a regular basis during our stay.

"The villa has been an excellent place for an enjoyable family holiday. It has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Joy & Michael have been really helpful and have ensured the villa was immaculate.

We have enjoyed a couple of BBQ’s but the majority of our evenings have been spent in the village. The Cypriot night on Wednesday was good fun and entertaining. We also ate at Pissouri Bay and found the Ambrosia Restaurant really nice.

During our stay we also visited Paphos and the waterpark which was a great family day out.
The weather has been lovely and all in all we have had a fabulous holiday.

We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.

The villa and pool are excellent, we couldn’t have been more comfortable here, we felt like we’ve had a very relaxing but also interesting holiday.

The car is a must, although we did walk into Pissouri village a couple of times in the evenings when it was a bit cooler! Cyprus Alight was a good night out, excellent food and entertainment.
Troodos mountain range was worth a visit, especially as it is a bit cooler there, also beautiful scenery.
The weather was fantastic the whole two weeks whilst we were here, wall to wall sunshine approx. 32°C + every day.  Part of the reason why we came here.

We would recommend the beaches in the evening as the water is so warm and the beaches are less busy.

Mike and Joy made us very welcome and were very helpful during our stay."

"Fast, friendly & professional service & support from initial booking through to airport pick up, mid weekly clean, pool clean etc. Impressed by the layout, finish & level of equipment provided in the villa; made the stay very comfortable – the car was a bonus & for us a necessity!

Spent the morning sunbathing, swimming & chilling in the shade in the upper veranda. Went touring in the afternoon (Paphos, Limassol & Troodod) & returned most nights to eat in the village.
Clear blue skies with temps. Of 32°C first week rising to 34°C the second.

Had a fantastic time with girls already talking of returning (minus parents/grandparents – AKA wet blankets), as they had a ball.

"The initial booking was efficient and friendly.

We were met at the airport by Mike who was our driver – very friendly and informative, we met his wife Joy who also looks after the villa. They made us feel at home and showed us around, she was also good enough to check on us the next day.

The villa is in a lovely location, the views and breeze were lovely. Having the car as part of the package was more than welcome. The villa is in pristine condition, we liked the décor, the tiling and the lovely marble staircase.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
We used the Barbie a few times and tried out various restaurants.
We bought two sunbeds and a chair for travelling – these were very handy at the various beaches that we went to. We have donated these for future villa guests to use.
We are happy to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful location in Cyprus and we would be happy to stay here again."

"After some early issues which were quickly sorted by Louise and Jan, it’s been an enjoyable holiday. The villa and pool are very good although I would agree with the comments made by the previous entry. We spent much of our holidays out-doors and the old Mazda proved essential as we toured up and down the coast and into the mountains. If you go up to the ‘Turtle hatchery’ past  Pathos call in at the ‘Lara Restaurant’, the fish is excellent - & swimming in the sea nearby is recommended. The ‘Cyprus’ night in the village is a good laugh but any fellows with high blood pressure need to be careful when Maria the belly-dancer comes on! If you go to Troodos with kids some of the works incorporate stretches on the road which are dodgy. Otherwise the trails are excellent. We found some good restaurants in the village i.e. Hideaway, Hillview and Bunch of Grapes (watch the service charge appx. 17%) but not impressed with those in the bay. HOT WATER  - we found (thanks to Jan) that the supplementary water heater is on the wall outside the bedroom with the twin beds. It’s on a timer.

TV – great for those who understand Greek, Arabic or Hebrew.

All things considered we really enjoyed our two week stay and would not hesitate in recommending the villa and Pissouri to others. There are a few minor issues which if auctioned would take this villa to the advertised level."
